Amazing beds and great food!

Seriously, those beds were so comfy, like sleeping on a cloud! The fusion food at the restaurant blew our minds too, especially the Polish-Spanish dishes. Only hiccup? The kettle in our room was kinda yucky inside. Still, loved our time here!

The hotel was perfect and exceptionally clean, its location was magnificent to Schindler's Museum, good service. The room was brand-new and top-class, had smoke detectors for the safety. And beds were great. The staff was amazingly helpful, they were always available. Booked it for our trip and had a pleasant stay here.

Had a very pleasant stay here during our trip. The hotel was spotlessly clean with incredibly helpful and very amiable staff, it was an excellent place for a budget stay. Good service was provided.

I enjoyed the elegant art deco style at the bar, alongside the modern and spacious interiors. The hotel is equipped with comfortable amenities. Its prime location makes it easy to explore nearby attractions.

More accessible facilities for seniors would be beneficial.

The beautiful apartment was spacious, yet the sofa was uncomfortable for sleeping.

I really enjoyed the refreshing spa treatments and the beautiful rooftop terrace at the hotel. For relaxation, you can definitely unwind by the pool and take advantage of the cozy lounge area. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow but didn't ruin my stay at all!

Noise from the street can be a nuisance, especially if you're sensitive to disturbances when trying to catch some sleep. The Wi-Fi service had its moments of frustration, leading to hiccups for those needing steady connectivity. Shower pressure was hit or miss-sometimes it would give a good burst, and other times, it was like a drizzle. Parking is pricey or a bit of a trek, which can dampen the experience if you're not in the mood for a hike after checking in. Those plastic covers on the beds? Not the greatest touch, especially if you're looking for a cozy sleep. Lastly, the buffet breakfast lagged in maintenance, leaving guests to sift through empty plates or leftover mess.

I stayed in a Superior King Room. It was nicely decorated, but we had two rooms, and one was way bigger than the other. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom mirror was a nice detail. We didn't find slippers at first, but the staff provided them quickly.

I was so thrilled with my stay! My spacious Standard Double or Twin Room was lovely, with great cleanliness and comfy bedding. The breakfast was a delight as well, with delicious regional dishes and friendly service, setting a perfect tone for my day.
